ABOUT US
What Is The Aesthetic Consortium?
The Aesthetic Consortium is an intentionally curated event created for estheticians who value education, integrity, and long term growth.
A focused environment where estheticians engage, learn, and connect with brands that support their growth.
This is not a trade show.
This is not another aesthetic convention.
Purpose
Why Was The Consortium Created?
The aesthetics industry has grown rapidly, but education and community have not grown with the same intention. Estheticians are navigating an oversaturated space filled with surface level education, competing voices, and vendor driven environments that prioritize volume over value.
"A focused, education led space where practitioners can learn, connect, and align without distraction or competition."
There is nothing like this being offered anywhere in the Tri-State area or Pennsylvania. That absence made the need impossible to ignore.

Our Vision
The Aesthetic Consortium is an extension of the Esthetician Community. It was created to give estheticians access to education they can trust, conversations that matter, and rooms that feel supportive rather than competitive.
The vision is to build spaces where practitioners grow together, share knowledge, and align with brands that respect the work they do.
The Curator
Kelly Kasat
The Aesthetic Consortium is led and curated by Kelly Kasat, a Buccal and Sculptural Facial Specialist and the founder of KK Aesthetics.
Kelly is known for integrating fascia focused facial work with corrective skincare, delivering result driven treatments grounded in education, anatomy, and skin health.
Beyond the treatment room, she leads a growing Esthetician Community built on guidance, shared knowledge and raising professional standards.
Education first. Integrity always. Community over competition.
